Just spotted some Medway News worth a mention..

Clamping firm APPROVED PARKING SERVICES LIMITED wound up by the tax man owing £281,934..

Found the London Gazette Notice and it's dated Wednesday, 14 March 2012.

This weasel knows his way around the law. He runs two other companies which the maidstone sites will transfer to. Not even an interruption in his disgusting $camming activities. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if he has a third new company up and running as we speak.

No need to set up a new one. The government are going to outlaw this practice shortly anyway. Best to let the old clamping firms and all the bad press they have received in the past die by letting the firm go into liquidation. Cynical? Moi!?

You must especially like the fact that he owns two other companies, one of which will go bankrupt in the foreseeable and the final one a day before clamping is outlawed. Nice, huh?
