new signage??

just walking into chatham today to get my new hi vis jacket and noticed up by the car park what i think are new signs for the bus stop

The circular part of the sign is a permitted variant of TSRGD 953.  Route for use by buses and pedal cycles only.  Why have they put it where it is?  It appears to be in front of a car park.  Why is it on a yellow square background?

Thats right Nigel, this is the car park which if you exit left you drive straight down the hill into a bus only road resulting in an instant penalty.

I have saved a few here but if you are at Medway street by the time you see them its to late. What is required is a sign oppostie the car park telling everyone to turn right.

Haha too right I still think they haven't Angled right as you have this one and there is one the other side lol I haven't checked Over by Medway street yet
