A scotsman is taking his local bunch of (caber) tossers to court for wasting his time,

If he wins then thieving bastards up and down the country could be liable for a good bum raping in court. If not the councils then what about the private weasels? Our good friend the Prankster is pretty much the victim of a vendetta by Highview. Then there's pretty much anyone who's parked in a Parking Eye bear trap.
