lazy shopper at Waitrose
« on: 20 September, 2014, 10:52:28 PM »
There's a large free car park at our waitrose.

It has loads of free spaces for cars cycles and motorcycles. the motorcycle spaces are near to the entrance. Too tempting for the F :o cking lazy.

Same thing happens at my local Tesco's - have you tried telling Waitrose? They might do something about it.

………………….have you tried telling Waitrose? They might do something about it.

In the ideal world, of course. In the real world, Waitrose will be hoodwinked into allowing a BPA Ltd wea$el to harvest keeper details from ANPR cameras, legitimate users will be vigorously pursued and ignoramuses will still be free to park poorly. Patrick Trouser-Fire is constantly banging on about parking being properly managed. I'm just wondering when this new and exciting initiative is going to be rolled out.

Appealing to the council is like playing chess with a pigeon. You might be a chess grand master but the pigeon will always knock all the pieces over, shit on the board and then strut around triumphantly.

I was thinking more along the lines of asking Waitrose about putting in some bollards to prevent cars using the dedicated m/c spaces, then not only are you telling them there's a problem, you're also providing a solution (which doesn't involve the deployment of wea$els). I think Waitrose tend to be more recepitive to their customers than other supermarkets.
