An excellent night out with some excellent people. Also the NoToMob were on hand to guide the helicopter in and to ensure that no yellow envelopes were attached to the windscreen while the pilot was distracted.

Appealing to the council is like playing chess with a pigeon. You might be a chess grand master but the pigeon will always knock all the pieces over, shit on the board and then strut around triumphantly.

A great night out and the only one I have been fortunate to experience so far. Nice to meet people, most of who I have only seen on the website. Look forward to the next one. I like the helicopter Noto Mob bit. It would have been nice to get a mention in the Evening Standard!

What a fine way to spend an evening with good company and good food - really enjoyable to meet up and see everyone!
Big up to those that organised and pulled it all together.
Sterling work from Martin too - I thought Ewan was pulling our legs in the post above!  :rotfl:
I had no idea, you think you'd here a chopper coming into land but I never heard a thing and missed all the excitement on the Sq?! Well done mate!  :aplude:

A great night in the company of some great people while eating great food.  KIN MARVELOUS!  <Thumbsup>
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Beer in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up,  totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a  ride!!"
