Following on from last night's Watchdog, there is another piece in today's 'Don't Get Done, Get Dom' on BBC1, with some criticism of the BPA and POPLA.

Nice interview with Patrick Troy, who said the BPA wants information on cases so they can improve their practices. There was a little disagreement on what 'independent' actually means too.  <Flogging>

Interesting - Trouser Fire seemed a lot less arrogant than in previous interviews, and as for Smart Parking refunding the entire cost of that chap's shopping is (AFAK) unprecedented! Is the private parkig "industry" finally on the back foot?
