This is just on a normal schunt he was park for aprox. 2 mins, but can't put the other video due to sound!!  How can they be about road saftey but allowed to block oncoming traffic.  They make the traffic slow down or stop just to get around them.

I did not know that was a good road safety technique maybe I should go get some more training!!!
 

P.S sorry you will have to turn your head to see this, I must learn which way to hold my phone or how to alter it later lol
