My colleagues park here everyday.
I was the unfortunate one to get a ticket in June 2013.
If park in the white lines it a forty minute stay.
Parking at a dead end where we normally fit four car's and not in the white or yellow line's, but clearly in a blank space surley does not warrant a ticket.
Apparantly the on scooter parking warden thought so.
