Post by: The Bald Eagle on 13 July, 2011, 03:28:21 PM
As usual, Nutsville strikes at the heart of the problem.

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!

Nice post Nuts :dancing: :dancing: :dancing:
Do WCC really think this will all just fade and be forgotten after a little while? surely they cannot be that stupid!
Well I am afraid they have pissed off too many people for too long,  and we will not let them get away with it any longer.

Don't mess with bikers!
I think many other councils may feel the same... :bashy: :bashy: :bashy:

We are far far more than just Bikers now, The NoToMob has evolved into a very efficient team of people. We are able to call on some very extraordinary skills from a very diverse group. A large number of our members have never even been on a motorcycle even me (thought I would say before MG or KS did  :rotfl: ).
We stop money grabbing Councils in their tracks, we use the Law to our advantage the Councils think they are above the Law. This attitude constantly puts them outside the Law, well we did not make the Laws but we sure as hell can make sure they keep to them.

@ Pat :pmsl: yep your right..its not about being a biker, ....as I quote BE,

KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!

We are just ordinary members of the public... who have had enough of living on our knees...so we stand on our feet and we are all standing firm and united! ....That's the very big difference....1 person can change the world  ;)

We have 368 members and 197 on facebook...like minded, and law abiding!....thats where it counts.

AND WE WILL NEVER GIVE UP!!!

WESTMINSTER COUNCIL, GET YOUR CHEQUE BOOK READY!!!........ :pmsl:

Yep, another excellent post from Nuts, lots of info  :aplude: :aplude:

Now who was it that got a ticket from a fixed camera in (I believe) Cavendish Square?  That person can surely apply to have a refund, BE, do you remember who that person was?   :-ev-: :-ev-:

Yep. Got it on the first ever schunt. Got another one just before Christmas in Pimlico Road too.

I will be writing to Cllr. Rowley shortly.

Not that I will take any pleasure from doing so you understand. :dancing: :dancing: :dancing:

Now listen here.

Refunds do not apply to members of the MOB. This is just the same as employees of companies claiming prizes from that company. The MOB will be responsible for arranging for these refunds. Therefore no MOB members can benefit from one!!

.................Only joking.

OK Nigel if those are the rules then fair enough, however I feel it is my duty to point out that as we are all part time then we should at least get a part refund. The part that White Shadow should get refunded is the Brewer St part, seems furry muff to me.  :dancing:

Nice post Nuts. Now that gives me an Idea  Do we need to check all locations and photograph them and compare them to the proposals. I reckon we could cover the lot in a day with several $chunters.
Also does that now mean the TRO's have been exceeded? which would make them unenforceable as MG says. I am certainly prepared to give up some free time to assist  Rowley Rat in his job by checking it has been done correctly.

Looking at that map/diagram and photo on Nutsville, it seems to me that the DYLs have been painted the wrong way round - either that, or the person looking at the map/diagram can't tell their left from their right!

It would not tale long, armed with a map and a camera to photograph all locations and then sit at a pc and compare photo's with the plans.

Dear Monkey World,

Would you be so kind as to perform a head count. I have reason to believe you are short of an inmate or two.

If you guys think this post is bad news for Babs & Co, what comes next is going to take your breath away.

Check out the heading - Westminster Council BabsGate scandal & cover-up – Part 1

I will lay odds that over the last couple of days, Mike More and Babs, and one or two others have been making sure their CVs are up to date.

Although if Babs puts the truth in hers, I would think it unlikely that anyone would even give her an interview, let alone a job!

This is one thick useless bitch. In the space of two and a half years she managed to wipe just a whisker short of £2.3bn off the share price of software group Kewill Systems as the firm's finance director. The company had a net worth of £2.3bn when she joined and was worth £17 million when she decided to go and destroy another company. £2,283,000,000 wiped out in two and a half years. Hmmm, that must average out at around £76,100,000 per month. That must take real dedication but is probably the highlight of her career or her least incompetent moment.

That doesn't annoy me though. Wherever people are involved in any process, there is always room for human error, occasionally, a monumental f  :o ck up. I would say £2.3bn counts as that very thing. What does annoy me though, really f  :o cking annoys me is the fact that these incompetent buffoons wander aimlessly from one job to another. Each one with a more obscene salary than the last and an equally obscene pay off at the end.

Hakim Berkani was described by the tribunal judge as a highly intelligent man who spoke multiple languages. He will probably never work again. I personally guarantee that super thick bitch Moorhouse will.

And remember, London Councils (the body that appoint Patas adjudicators) have offered this so called "independent" appeals service to the BPA to allow them to continue with their rip off racket once clamping is banned.

One has to wonder if Patas will allow the BPA access to their computers so that they can gain an advantage if someone is asking awkward questions?

Of course they will, as they have proved time and time again they will not bite the hand that feeds them.  <_>
They only go through a pretence of being independent.  >:(

If something like this happened in a court, civil or criminal, it would be a matter for the judge and/or plod.

If Vertex wanted to practice playing DVD's they should have obtained an identical pc and stand alone player and done it outside patas.

Comments from the Head Adjudicator regarding this scandal should be interesting.

Did Head Adjudicator give permission/made aware of these or other visits?
How did visits serve interests of justice?
Was prior notice of visits given by patas or others to other interested parties?
Were visits fully supervised?
Is there entry of all visits in visitors book?
What patas assets (including serial numbers) were offered for access?
Were these assets used during the hearing?
What changes, temporary or permanent were made to any asset?
What advice or assistance if any did patas offer before/at/after visits to CoW/Vertex.
What record did patas keep of these visits?
How many other councils have been given similar access?
To whom is patas answerable to other than the High Court i.e. Min. of Justice?
