:idea: Does this mean that they can put up whatever signs they like so that their Enforcement Effectiveness improves?

Didn't see this but I posted another thread with a link to an article. I was wondering exactly what it meant.
No doubt WCC's legal department are now rewording signs into legal speak unintelligible to anyone but a High Court judge in the interests of 100% penalties without compliance. These will be reproduced on signs the size of a postage stamp and hidden carefully amongst street furniture :bashy:
