An enormous cock appeared today in Trafalgar square. Tourists were both shocked and surprised earlier on when they first caught a glimpse of the gigantic cock. One man was heard to say "Wow! that has to be the biggest cock in London." It is not clear as yet what purpose will be served by the cock. Many believe it to be a useless cock that nobody asked for and nobody wanted.

I have no doubt that Paul had the best intentions behind what he was saying. It's just a shame he didn't realise that by bullying perfectly reasonable human beings into doing the will of their employers sending out his underlings to do their duty it was in fact HIM (SU220) who was exposing the $car operators to the danger he said we were supposed to be exposing them to.

Let me see if I have this right then. If the downtrodden CEOs don't issue a particular level of PCNs, regardless of their legality, they'll be off to Westgate for an interview with Ken Wanker Handslip.
