Hi I have got a pcn parking on a single yellow line I live in a road with residents parking in force I have looked lots online and if it's a controlled zone it does not need a separate yellow sign this is what the parking people said at the appeal when they refused to cancel it but if it is a controlled zone there needs to be controlled zone signs I'm getting feed up wasting my free time trying to sort this out any help gratefully received
