It appears that HMRC have got a winding up order under the Insolvency Act 1986 against UKPC.

According to the learn'd Prankster, it was some bottom feeder called Rupert Williams. It appears that Williams has several other company's, including one called UK Parking Controls. I expect he's out buying up letter 's' to change his signage etc.

That can only mean they coughed up the million quid's worth of VAT they owed HMRC. GOOD!
