Post by: 2b1ask1 on 26 July, 2018, 11:07:16 PM
Well this is a new one on me, this has to be the least friendly business park in he world; signs every lamp post informing you if you stop you will receive a penalty of £100.00 I kid you not! Welcome to Wakefield.

So having stopped to take the photo I await the ‘invoice’ in the post...

Surely if they apply to DVLA for keeper details it is illegal as you are not parked and that is the only legitimate request they can make under DVLA terms?

You would be in a bit of a quandary if a child ran out in front of you on that road (Thomas Maddison Lane, Durkar).

Should I stop and risk getting an invoice, or should I just carry on?

And what if it was a horse, or maybe a stray elephant?

They really don't think these things through do they. <Tosser>
