Welcome Slimboy. Working on Bexley at the moment in the background  :-ev-:

The High St in Crayford has more Blue CEO's than cars. So should be no need for the scamera to plot up there you would of thought  :bashy:

Hi peperami

I have notice that myself the other day there are more of the bright blue people walking about being a thorn in everybody's side. But i'am noticing more and more of the car movements i'am still trying to get a few more locations and post them on here, because i dont think bexley would know what hits them if the mob get invovled!!! Your thoughts on this????

Just found this on the ICO website.

http://www.ico.gov.uk/upload/documents/cctv_code_of_practice_html/9_responsibilities.html

If Bexley and Lambeth to name but 2 LAs are not abiding, perhaps a complaint is in order?

I don't know why I think this, but I am under the impression that in order to enforce against parking violations there MUST be adequate signs indicating that you are entering a surveillance area.

I might be wrong and it may be an urban myth, but it is something the Bexley Mobbers might want to follow up on perhaps? ;) :-ev-:

Just to clarify my last post I should explain that although Codes of Practice might have been breached, it may not necessarily make a PCN unenforceable. However, if the LAW states that there must be adequate signage, and it turns out that signage isn't there, then bingo!  :dancing: :dancing:

You can shut them down until they give drivers a reasonable chance of avoiding a ticket, and also call into question the validity of every ticket that has been dished out in the past.

All you have to do is find the relevant law...

Good hunting guys.

I would advise against making any public statement about the dates we shall be hitting Bexley, or any other council/region. Having had two fruitless $chunting trips from High Wycombe to Medway, the days we  went were well documented on this public site and then the cars don't come out.
Very disappointing for me, as Kent is a one and a half hour journey each way, so not to "feast on the beasts" all day pigs me off!
A fruitless day in the smoke is bad enough but just about tolerable, but all the way to The Garden of England is irksome as it is avoidable.
