Just to put the other side of the coin, there are those of us who all too often get cars parked on our property (blocking garage doors in my case) but I have absolutely no "rights" to prevent it...
I'm even told that the Council has to put up a sign (on my land?) telling them that it's not theirs to use as they please...
Sometimes clamping is the only thing a car driver will understand!
Heck, on Saturday we even had a car parked literally for HOURS across the access road to the back of about 20 homes where other people actually have a right to park!
So lets keep the balance. If people don't take advantage of other people's property with their parking they won't get clamped!
