  This was recently spotted emerging from a secret underground vault at Bexley Civic buildings and was being put through exhaustive tests by Kranky Craske to evaluate its potential use as the next generation of 'Traffic Calmers'.
  It is believed that the mutant beast hes been chosen for its powers of diplomacy, fair play and helpfulness. Wee purple faced Kranky has strongly denied the use of the words 'Blitzkrieg' and 'Fourth Riech' had any part in its initial development plans and that its use would only be of pro action and comply with the Eu's Equality and Diversity allowing aliens and immigrants to integrate into society, although some people present said they heard 'exterminate' before meeting a quicker ending than a news vendor walking through a G20 protest.
  If after an expected successful trial outside your local corner shop, It's believed that cllr munchkin will use his procreation skills to impregnate the clone tanks himself and trouser the overheads before letting his own personal army out onto the streets of 'The Big Smoke' to enhance visitors to the 2012 Olympiad enjoyment with clear roads and empty public transport,
