there are fears that businesses in the Greenwich area could suffer if regular customers are unable to park
WTF have the local authorities been doing for F*"£ing years and ruining the livelihoods of local shopkeepers

Is this for Parking on "normal" Double Yellows?
I think the special "Olympic Routes" are going to be enforced by the Police who of course have no "targets" to meet.
