More clap-trap from an unnamed council spokesperson. For spokesman read man? For spokesperson read woman? It is no wonder that nobody will put their name to this kind of twaddle. Journalists should refuse to print it unless it can be attributed.

You have not heard anything yet:

Two separate councils have previously taken themselves to parking tribunals over tickets they had issued to themselves!

They are Kingston and Lambeth councils.

Lambeth were ordered to pay £60 to ....... themselves!

Ho does carrying out repairs constitute unloading, if a computer engineer parks up and spend 5 hours carrying out repairs to someones computer you can be sure he would have to pay up.
