"Brighton & Hove City Council has cancelled nearly 17,500 penalty charge notices (PCNs) that were wrongly issued during the last financial year.

The council confirmed that the number, which works out at 48 a day, accounts for around 16% of the 109,000 tickets issued by NSL, the council’s parking enforcement contractor."

That's another fine mess!
