What a load of arrogant bastards,sorry Bexley council I was not aware that it was law in this country to have a mobile phone. They seem to forget most of the older generation do not have mobile phones so in effect do not use their parking services any more which was probably a major source of income in the day.
Or have you changed that in parliment also which is a bit like, we are allowed to park on yellow lines, showing total contempt for the law in this country laid down by parliment AND NOT YOU.
Unfortunatly now we are finding them making excuses for one of the most unsuccessful scams ever devised by a local authority, the Bexley pay by phone parking scheme , this scheme was devised to save money primerily on the cost of collecting cash from the ticket machines. I have been told that by a Bexley employee who is privy to such information.
