Westminster get diplomats to cough up for parking fines

"Lee Rowley, Westminster council's cabinet member for parking, said: "If you inconvenience other drivers by parking incorrectly in Westminster, then you'll get a parking ticket and you should have to pay, regardless of who you are or your job title."

I really do think that Mr Rowley should see the way his $camera cars park sometimes. Has anyone got some photos of badly parked WCC $camera cars they might like to send him?

Rowley (paraphrased) "If you park incorrectly, you should pay up" .. SO LONG as the PCN was also correctly issued and the SIGNS were correct!

I just read about this Kazakhstan diplomats paid a bill off £37,160 that's was for 627 pcns and Nigeria embassy cleared its £3,450 bill for 78 pcns China turkey Afghanistan the UAE Cyprus France the US and Germany are among the top ten fine dodgers Westminster council said
