I Think we need to produe an EnforceRight booklet to send to EA's.

Good luck with that. They didn't read the one the government sent them!
Appealing to the council is like playing chess with a pigeon. You might be a chess grand master but the pigeon will always knock all the pieces over, shit on the board and then strut around triumphantly.

I am beginning to wonder if they can read!

The Parking Enforcement Manager at Bexley Ms. Tina Brooks had a meeting with a journalist this week. He had requested the meeting to examine Bexley's VCA Certification.

On his arrival Ms. Brooks produced a 'Certificate of Conformity' (CoC) for a camera. Ms. Brooks did not show the journalist her defective VCA Certificate.  All electronic devices must have a CoC.

A CoC has no relavence whatsoever to Approved Device Certification under the 2007 Approved Devices England Order (the legislation).
