Appealing to the council is like playing chess with a pigeon. You might be a chess grand master but the pigeon will always knock all the pieces over, shit on the board and then strut around triumphantly.

It seems Westminster are down to 6 $cars, 2 Moving traffic, and 4 ANPR.

Myself and MG left the pen about 6.30pm with them all tucked up, cant confirm they was all gonna stay there over night tho, more intel needed regarding over night or the late shift, but we are working on that.

Old Skool $chunting in good old westminster today, both $cars taken care and i know that the $car we had failed to give out a PCN all day whilst we was there, so a safe day on the streets of Westminster  :-ev-:

Nice job, the pair of you! I'm surprise Rowley hasn't come on here to thank you personally for helping him achieve 100% compliance with no PCNs issued. A little gratitude wouldn't go amiss.

Aye, I assumed it was just two after reading your first post but it turns out you had the full Cecil B DeMille crowd scene.

I was with you in spirit Guys an Girls. When I checked the Pen a few weeks ago I caught 3 moving traffic $cars at the pen and took photos and recorded the number plates, as I thought they only had 2 as well. <_>

@Pat, we only saw 2 for Moving Traffic, and the total of 6 was confirmed by someone within, so i would not trust that information 100% if you know what i mean.
