I have been asked to do a piece on BBC Radio 5 Live Investigates. It will go out live this Sunday at about 9:30pm.

The programme starts at 9:00pm and lasts for one hour.

"Adrian Goldberg presents an entertaining mix of dirt-digging, debunking, and intriguing interviews revealing unreported issues. Investigative news report from Adrian Goldberg’s BBC Radio 5 live programme, broadcast Sundays at 9pm".

909 & 693 AM.

I beleive that you can also watch or listen live here:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/5live/how-to-get/

There is also a facility to text email and phone in.

There will be a Podcast available after the broadcast.

As with all of these broadcasts things might change so I will keep you all posted.

I have only just heard that the broadcast has been 'postponed until next week.' Now 20th Nov.

This is due to the recent further scandalous developments with Westminster's Non Certification. The Producer is going to try and get someone from Westminster onto the programme as well. I have suggested Cllr. Rowley. That ought to make it interesting.

 I wonder why nobody from Westminster was available today?

They couldn't find anywhere to park.

Appealing to the council is like playing chess with a pigeon. You might be a chess grand master but the pigeon will always knock all the pieces over, shit on the board and then strut around triumphantly.

OK guys this is definitely going ahead. Nigel is going to be on with no other than our friend councillor Rowley appearing to put the council's side. Why not text, tweet or phone in?

Well done Nigel you showed that pillock Rowley where his future lies.  :dancing: :dancing: :dancing: :dancing:
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Beer in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up,  totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a  ride!!"

Man did Rowley try hard to turn the conversation around from certified cameras to parking on zigzag lines. Something MEVs have been seen to do themselves. If he wants that conversation I am pretty sure that not many people will argue that if double yellow lines and crossing zigzags are neccessary to protect the safety of road users then parking MEVs on them are themselves endangering the public. Typical hypocritical arguement from him.  >:(  :bashy:  :bashy:

I have just sent the following to the presenter.

"Hi Adrian,
I think Cllr Rowley is being rather hypocritical. There have been instances of mobile enforcement vehicles doing exactly the same thing, i.e. parking on crossing zigzag lines whilst enforcing, and I am sure you will agree a car will obscure vision to a much greater degree than a motorcycle that Cllr Rowley talked of.

He was just trying to turn the conversation around from the fact that if Westminster Council enforce the law then they should obey the law too.

The certification exists to protect motorists and the public in general by ensuring the equipment is fit for purpose. That is done via certification, if the cameras are not certified correctly then surely the PCNs issued are illegal as they are issued based on evidence gathered by uncertified cameras.

Oh dear! Is that the best you've got Lee?

Nigel mate, you done brilliant! :aplude: :aplude: :aplude: :aplude: :aplude:

You out politicked(?) the politician.

Oh, and by the way. The adjudicator who made the decision in their favour was not adjudicating on Nigel's grounds of non certification. Spin away Lee. Your time is coming.
