So two wrongs can make a right according to Cllr. Rowley? Hypocrisy personified.

I still have my hi vis vest (once worn to a meeting with Mr Rowley at Wastemonster's office) that says "WASTEMONSTER CAN KISS MY HAIRY ARSE".

I think it might get another airing shortly. ;D ;D ;D

Rowley
Twat

Sorry Staps. I just saw 'Rowley' with the word 'twat' right underneath so therefore didn't bother reading all the other stuff you wrote. Says it all really.

Councillor Rowley, earlier today;

I have just listened to it again, The bits in brackets were not actually said, its just me guessing what the end of his words were going to be,
Rowley said "we will continue to provide evidence to the adjudicator until he belie(ves) until he agr(ees) ...  Until basically we've resolved this issue".  :pmsl: :pmsl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :pmsl: :pmsl:

I am pretty sure that not many people will argue that if double yellow lines and crossing zigzags are neccessary to protect the safety of road users then parking MEVs on them are themselves endangering the public.

That's certainly why parking on zigzags gets you 3 points & a £60 fine - because it's dangerous.

Their problem is, how can they present evidence to an adjudictor that is not certified as being legally obtained?

Having no proper certification means that they can't prove anything because the video evidence is not admissable. All you have to do is say "prove it", and they can't because they can't rely on something they can't put in front of a court because they don't have any lawfully obtained evidence.

End of.

Rowley "Believes the cameras are certificated". Well that`s OK then W:T:F:

Well done Nigel. You tied him up big time. His spin was poor.

Rowley,
Two things,
  • You're an ignorant bell end.
  • 'The VCA assure me,' 'a little bird told me' or 'I have a note from my mum' do not constitute proper certification.
Lot's of love,
Ewan

I have listened to this over and over and our Nigel stopped Ariston Rowley from spinning on and on and on. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
What are you like with a Hotpoint Nigel?  my one is giving a bit of trouble. <_>
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Beer in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up,  totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a  ride!!"
