These buggers have certainly stepped it up a gear;
http://www.kilburntimes.co.uk/news/wembley_shoppers_driven_away_by_increased_parking_charges_and_over_zealous_ticketing_1_1220339
The astronomical parking charges top anything I've ever seen. Get this; 60p for 20 minutes
, £1.50 for 40 minutes
, £2.40 for an hour
and £6 for two hours.
This picture was supposedly taken on a saturday;
Here's how they like to park the weasel wagon;
The weasel wagon looks like it has the brent council logo on the wing and no other markings. Could they be doing it themselves rather than using the usual cowboy outfits? (No offence intended towards actual cattlemen, gunslingers and the like.)

Appealing to the council is like playing chess with a pigeon. You might be a chess grand master but the pigeon will always knock all the pieces over, shit on the board and then strut around triumphantly.
