Anyone thinking of going this year.

And does anyone fancy a 'gala' dinner on the 17th April at the Millenniun Gloucester Hotel.

(I quote).....

We could guard the building while pest control operatives go inside and deal with all the weasels, rats, cockroaches, etc.

Appealing to the council is like playing chess with a pigeon. You might be a chess grand master but the pigeon will always knock all the pieces over, shit on the board and then strut around triumphantly.

Brave men indeed, I think being that close to such company would cause me to empty the contents of my stomach.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Beer in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up,  totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a  ride!!"

That's the spirit Pat. while you're distracting them, me and some of the lads will be in the car park fitting wheel clamps.

It's always wise to have a horse outside.

I'm sorry guys and gals, but I cannot make it tomorrow, even though I had previously promised to do so.

I'm sure some of you will look at the time of this post and make the assumption that, "he's gone and got pissed again and can't make it"  You'd be half right, but..............shit happens.

Good luck tomorrow, (sorry, today) give em hell.

Andy
