Just had a look at streetview for Cleveland Terrace and it looks to me like neither yellow box junction at either end meets DPT guidelines and almost every yellow line is incomplete so shouldn't be enforcable; can only assume the $cammers are getting an awful lot of people parking in residents only bays.

Outrageous numbers...

This is not for parking 2b1ask1. This is for moving traffic violations. The $car has been seen sitting in Cleveland Terrace across the junction of Cleveland Terrace and Westbourne Terrace. If you turn into Cleveland Terrace from Eastbourne Terrace and go to the lights at Westbourne Terrace you will see a "No left turn except buses and taxis" sign on the lights.

These have been put up pursuant to a temporary TMO (see attached) whilst Cross Rail are excavating large chunks of London, and in particular Eastbourne Terrace.

Obviously drivers are confused by all the new restrictions/de-restrictions and are making mistakes in their thousands. You have to ask the question though, why allow buses and taxis to turn there but not anyone else? Where's the problem?

You'll find the answer at the top of the thread.

Appealing to the council is like playing chess with a pigeon. You might be a chess grand master but the pigeon will always knock all the pieces over, shit on the board and then strut around triumphantly.
