hey guys spread the word,
after a recent pcn dispute with lambeth it appears they expect bikes to park in pay and display bays as no bike parking is offered!
of course we all know how often tickets can blow away etc   :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

at least they cancelled it. i think it means in places where there is no bike parking you have to use the pay and display, can't believe they don't offer any anywhere...
