You could send your picture to Dr. Bellend. It would save her the trouble of arranging time consuming photo-shoots.

The $car would be more effective if the camera were facing the school zig-zags.

This is obviously photoshopped. When did you ever see a $camera car that was parked with consideration to other road users and not contravening any parking regulations?
