Another $py car location in Kingston

My office has moved now but when it was in New Malden last year, I always saw a camera car sitting on Thetford Road watching the no right turn onto Malden Road. Parked way back with the camera sticking right up on maximum zoom I suspect. This was in the morning rush hour...between 8 and 8:30.
