Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Beer in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up,  totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a  ride!!"

Isn't Camley St a favourite? I'm sure I've heard cabbies mention it

Not any more. They have changed the road layout so that the offence they were looking for is almost impossible to commit.

Worth keeping an eye on as the building work means other changes will probably take place in the near future.

Here was the $camden $car parked up this PM in Marchmont Street filming traffic turning left from Tavistock Place into Marchmont St. A journo was also there taking pics as this is a recent change and is causing some resentment from cabbies as its a popular cut though to get to Kings Cross. More to come on this.

So are they sitting back and allowing you to make the no left turn before slapping you with a £120 fine?

How is that being a visible deterrent?

Well oddly I got my sign and Hi Vis out and stood at the Junction and the toots from cabbies was great. Now I didn`t have lippy on and I hadn`t shaved so I guess they must have been thanking me :pmsl:

After about 10 minutes or so the $car crew cottoned on to what I was doing (Doh!) and left quick time! I didn`t get pics of the junction :bashy: but yes there are NLT signs there but no CCTV warning signs at all and this is a new change to the area and folk have been turning left here for years so some just continue to do so :bashy:

The journo said he will contact me via Twitter soon as he is doing some digging and appeared clued up re TMO/ICO/RIPA/DPA.....feckin MI5 and MFI to boot :dancing:
