Charges for viewing cctv footage

Does anyone know of an authority that charges for viewing cctv footage of an alleged contravention (including bus lanes, box junctions, banned turns etc)?

If you mean to supply a copy on a DVD, then yes, TfL do - I believe they class it as a Subject Access Request? and charge £10. Accessing their office in Croydon is free.
