Thank you for your e-mail correspondence, which was addressed to Mr Goad on 22 February 2011 relating to the above matter.  Mr Goad has requested that the Customer Relations department address your points on his behalf. 

Therefore, in regards to the Savile Row / Conduit Street location, following the recent audit of locations for moving traffic contraventions enforced by our CCTV vehicles, this site has been confirmed as compliant.  We have therefore recommenced enforcement at the location.

Whilst this is a CCTV static camera site, there is no camera currently deployed at the location.  We have, however, been deploying the CCTV vehicles to Savile Row / Conduit Street since 22 February 2011. 

Finally, I trust that the information provided above has resolved the matter and that your concerns have been fully addressed.

I see customer relations department is in Scotland.

Is it too risky to have it based in Westminster, or was it a case of no one wanting the job.

WCC moved the whole Dept out to Scotland a few years ago as part of cost cutting measures. TBH, the staff up there are OK but then they have never lived in London and don`t know half of the truth about their employer`s ways.
