My first annual report was laid in Parliament today. It’s available on my site: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/surveillance-camera-commissioner-annual-report-2013-to-2014

@surcamcom

Further to your report, will you consider classing private parking companies that use cctv as a "relevant authority" under PoFA?

@NoToMob

whilst not public authorities they deserve focus owing to impact on public - I am actively engaged with BPA - your point well made!

@surcamcom

The question for BPA Ltd is why wouldn't they want to encourage their members to voluntarily sign up to your Code of Practice?
