UCS Parking
« on: 19 January, 2015, 09:17:05 PM »
I have been asked by a Land owner to find out if there is any connection between UCS Parking and a Company with the name UCS Management.
The name Timberlake has also been mentioned in connection with these companies. Any info guys?

UCS Management Ltd. was dissolved in 2007.  UCS Property Management Ltd. is listed by companies house as dormant.

UCS Parking usually crops up in connection with Warwick Estates Property Management Ltd.  It seems that any leaseholders who exercise their right to manage and are foolish enough to engage this odious company to do the management will find that UCS Parking lands on their doorstep soon after.

A WE director, Mrs. Jo Claire Stevens, was a director of UCS Parking in 2012.  Another director of WE is Dr. Craig Stevens of Harlow - and the domain name for UCS' website, ucsparking.com, was registered by one Craig Stevens of Harlow.

Emma Timberlake is currently the sole director of UCS Parking.  UCS Parking is registered at an address in Waltham Abbey.  UCS Property Management is registered at an address in Waltham Cross.  Neither is a million miles from Harlow.

I can't find any "smoking gun" connection between UCS Parking and UCS Property (or between Warwick Estates and UCS Property) but I'd suggest that the similarity in name and geography is probably not coincidence.
