Hi Please help

I was lost yesterday evening and didn’t realise i drove in the bus lane and by the time i realised i had already gone past. It was after 10pm are bus lanes still operational it was through park street leading to church street.I am not working at the moment and worried I will get a big fine.

Wait and see if anything comes through the post - not all bus lanes have CCTV enforcement, or 24/7 validity.

Have looked on Googlemaps and the bad news is I can see a camera at the start of the bus lane at the junction of Park Street and Cumberland Street. There is also a camera enforcement sign underneath the blue bus lane sign.

The good news however, is that unless they have changed it since September 2017 (that is when the latest Googlemaps photos were taken) the camera is one that needs to be manned in order that enforcement action can be taken. That means that if there was no operator in the control room after 10pm on a Saturday night there is a chance you (NT1990) might get away with it.
