Motorist told ParkingEye if they didn't cancel a hospital parking charge notice, he would go to tribunal & tell @ParkingPranks @NoToMob and me! They cancelled. He had also paid to park (got reg no. partly wrong) but the triple whammy may have coloured their judgment.
