A New PCN Scam?
« on: 07 February, 2017, 02:56:32 PM »
Here is a variation on the usual PCN scams that we have come to know and love hate (complete with a new expansion for "PCN"!). This fluttered into my e-mail inbox this afternoon.

I think that I'm probably safe if I ignore this one!  :rotfl:  :rotfl:

Email them back and ask if they can send you an English version. That said it's a bit more coherent than some of the guff that I've seen from the actual parking industry  :rotfl:
Appealing to the council is like playing chess with a pigeon. You might be a chess grand master but the pigeon will always knock all the pieces over, shit on the board and then strut around triumphantly.
