Latest news on the Parking (Code of Practice) Bill 2017-19

This Bill is expected to have its second reading debate on Friday 2 February 2018.

The Bill was presented to Parliament through the ballot procedure on Wednesday 19 July 2017. This is known as the first reading and there was no debate on the Bill at this stage.

Hmmm, sounds good but I'm not keen on "guidance" or "code of practice", as, let's face it, the PPCs have demonstrated their ability to drive a coach and horses through both of those on more than one occasion.
