  • THE lowest common denominator
As a result of the introduction of Low Traffic Neighbourhoods (LTNs) - many of which are in London - a large number of people are now organising themselves to protest against them.

One such person is an Enfield resident and he has started to question (see links below) why $camera cars are allowed to sit there with their engines idling, something for which any other driver would be fined if they were caught.

It was 10 years ago that Boyo raised this same issue with Wastemonster CC, and it is worth re-reading his thread here
(http://notomob.co.uk/discussions/index.php?topic=138.msg901#msg901) to see how Wastemonster dealt with the issue back then.

However, the difference now is that since 2010, councils up and down the country have pounced on environmental issues as a way of squeezing every last drop of cash out of motorists.

So by jumping on the green bandwagon they are now exposed as the hypocrites we have always known them to be.

KARMA is the word that springs to mind...

If they are breaking the law, can't they be towed?
