Things are starting to get serious for Mr Toft and the DVLA.

'Reasonable cause'. Remember that as the day of judgment approaches.

And remember, the ICO told the DVLA that it was all nice and legal in Feb 16.

'They have taken the Bridge and the Second Hall. We have barred the gates, but cannot hold them for long. The ground shakes... Drums. Drums in the deep. We cannot get out. A Shadow moves in the dark... We cannot get out... They are coming."

Should we really be advertising a bunch of ambulance chasers like Keller Lenkner Ltd when they can't even get the terminology right?

On their website they refer to parking charge notices as "fines" no less than 10 times, and that's only the front page!

My advice. Give 'em a swerve.

It is common to use language that ordinary people understand, journalists do this all the time.

My posting was not an advertisement.

Journalists yes. But a lawyer using terminology that is legally incorrect should not inspire anyone with confidence

Your posting may not be an advertisement, but the link to the ambulance chasers certainly is.
