The Department for Levelling up, Housing and Communities has finally published its Code of Practice for private parking enforcement. Announcement is HERE

 <Flogging> WOW! That's quit a lot to take in. I haven't read all of it, but I imagine the parking companies will take a fair amount of time sorting that out. Well, they only have themselves to blame, if they had conducted their businesses in a more professional manor instead of trying to milk the last drop of cash out of people, maybe this law wouldn't have been necessary. As I've said before, greed is the downfall of many a criminal and I think the way some of these parking companies have behaved is nothing short of criminal.
