As you turn into reeves mews from s.audley a smart car was tucked in on the right hand side camera pointing towards grosvenor...i was dropping at hotel so went straight across into fct....hope thats not a new trap and driver was just on a skive.

I saw the smart car in Mount St pointing towards Carlos Place can't think what offence it could have been looking for
