WCC shunt cars equipment

Hello,

I wonder what is equipping the Waste Monster Shunt cars.
Of course I know there is the main camera on the extensible pole.

My interest is focused on the two black boxes located on each side of the wind screen on the roof.
Anyone know what they are?
Any other gadget?

ANPR cameras mate but to date, mostly redundant.
