PCN advice
« on: 08 June, 2011, 11:44:34 AM »
Looking for advice on a PCN someone has got. He appealed it within 21 days (50%) discount period and the case went all the way to PaTaS where he lost. The Council now want the full amount rather than the 50% discount. Is this correct?

Sorry, this is out of the area of my knowledge.

BH, That is correct.

The 50% discount is no longer applicable once a PaTAS Appeal has been lost.
