Spotted this Galaxy on Coburg Road, N22 in May 2012. <br />I was legitimately parked in a CPZ and they were 10 feet behind me, err not legitimately parked.  You can just make out the drivers hi-vi vest.  The other CEO's had dispersed with haste before I could even get my camera out!

You'll also note that the CPZ sign, for a change in zone, on the right hand side at the end of the road is absent...
