Well done. Keep up the pressure on them. They do not like being filmed simply because they do not want an indisputable record of their incompetence to surface.

You can't. A corporate body cannot be offended. Only an individual can take offence. However, the blogger does not clarify the circumstances of being sued, so it is unclear who exactly is suing him/her for what.
