Unfortunately the News Shopper demands you register with a Bexley address/postcode so not everyone can look at the on line version - which is why I provide a copy on the Bonkers site.  :)

Despicable.

The Council should not have issued any P.C.N.'s to The Royal Mail.  Would they also issue one to The Queens vehicle if she visited the town?

The protesters gathered around the Postbox are a sight that Enforcement Authorities will be seeing again and again if they continue with this type of enforcement.

@Peperami, Bonkers and Sir Olly

Please can you tell us when the next council meeting is when CCTV or parking issues are to be discussed?

Hard to say before the Agenda is published, but the next Public Realm meeting is on 3rd October.

By the way, in case anyone found the News Shopper page too small I have replaced it with a larger copy.

The man who stopped for 10 seconds on the pavement needs my adjudicator. He questioned whether the footage of 58 seconds showing my vehicle on the kerb amounted to parking or waiting. He said "it only shows he was there for 58 seconds." "Does that amount to parking or waiting?" We had to interject to say that there was nobody in the vehicle so it must have been parked. We did this so that he did not allow the appeal without having to adjudicate on the non certification issue.

Picture and report is on page 7 of the Bexley edition of the News Shopper dated 23 March 2011.

The picture is of the man standing in front of a sign and is the same as that repeated in this week's issue.
